As a UX Researcher specializing in fintech with 5+ years of experience, I turn user insights into strategies that shape impactful digital products. With a foundation in product management and expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods, I bridge research and business goals, helping teams prioritize features, validate ideas, and deliver experiences customers truly need.
My path into UX research began at university, where I saw how research-backed technology could genuinely improve lives. Over time, I grew especially curious about finance — how people manage money, save, and invest. That curiosity has since become my specialty: helping teams design financial products that encourage smart, responsible money habits. In 2024, I was proud to contribute to the launch of a teen banking app, blending qualitative insights with statistical analysis in R to shape a solution that empowers the next generation.
